Depending on the scope of your project, a Plena Experience may include custom sculptural installations and statement focal pieces designed and fabricated in our studio; immersive entry moments that set the tone from the first step through the door; Pretty Big Flowers™ in custom colorways designed to your palette and aesthetic; narrative environments that guide guests through a story; guest experience installations that transform functional moments into something guests engage with and remember; and brand and corporate environments built to feel like a physical expression of your brand identity.
It starts with an application, where you tell us about your event, your vision, and what you’re hoping to create. We review every application personally and reach out to the clients whose projects feel like the right fit for our studio.
From there, we have a discovery conversation — by phone, video, or in person — where we go deeper on your vision, answer your questions, and figure out together whether The Plena Experience is right for your event.

You’ll get a real sense of how everything will look and feel.
After you’ve approved the concept, we’ll bring the vision to life and begin building. You’ll be part of that process — reviewing concepts, giving feedback, and watching your vision come to life one element at a time.
On event day, we arrive for set up and stay until every element is exactly where it needs to be. We handle the installation, the styling, and every detail in between.
